Exceptional
Liked: Amazing view of the lake, mountain, Ioannina and the island. Very nice balcony Breakfast was excellent Comfortable bed Very spacious room
Disliked: Every now and then, there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom but I didn't feel the smell when I closed the bathroom door
Overall a nice place to visit Ioannina from out of the fray but close enough to easily drive. Quiet with a helpful staf

Liked: The view on the lake, the mountains and Ionnina is fantastique! The room and bathroom are very nice and comfortable and the private terras is a great extra.
Disliked: If you like a warm welcome and the feeling of hospitality, this isn't the best place to stay. Everybody was correct but don't expect more. There is no restaurant at the hotel and the temperature of the water of the swimming pool was very cold, pitty they don't close it for the night.
