  Disappointing stay, faulty facilities and an unhelpful, rude host

  Liked: The only positives were the location and the fact that the apartment was beautiful and clean.

  Disliked: Our stay was disappointing, and we would not choose this accommodation again. The kitchen surface was broken and unsafe to use, while the bathroom sink would not drain, forcing us to wash our faces and hands in the kitchen for three days. Slippers were listed among the amenities but were not provided, and there was insufficient toilet paper for three guests staying three nights. However, the worst part was the host’s attitude: rude, sarcastic and difficult to reach, even after repeated attempts to contact her about these issues. Technical problems can happen anywhere, but a lack of respect and proper customer service is a different matter. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this accommodation.

  Very nice apartment close from everywhere in center and 30m from a parking. Fully renovated

  Liked: Wonderful renovated apartment, in the center, top location and 30 m from the parking and 50 meters from the lake. Bed very comfortable, fridge available,hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo with kitchen equipped to cook your meal if needed. Bathroom very clean and new, good pressure, wifi free and stable and Tv with netflix. I strongly recommend and will come back if in the area. Very good quality price.

  Disliked: Nothing to mention, all was very good for the price and facilities wise. Check out too early 11.00
