  Liked: The decoration is unique the rooms are comfy and clean considered large sizes Its like studio room with mini kitchen Pool area is nice Hotel vibes really relaxing Breakfast is lovely Breakfast area is nice with great view Free parking, no valley parking

  Disliked: Considering this 4 star Hôtel unfortunately they don’t have luggage service you need to deliver your luggage to and out the room by your self … some rooms has 15-20 stairs some has only 4 We spend half an hour arguing with reception to help with the bags when we arrived, it is very difficult to take your heavy luggage up..at the end she asked someone to help us as like its a favor. And we took it out by our self when when we checked out Bathroom has shampoos and shower gel, toilet paper, towels and hand soap no other things provided Anything we call for like toothpaste, as other hotels provides is not available Hotel reception close at 9:00 pm, lights turned off, and room service stopped with No security

  Nice on the outside but inside not so great

  Liked: Breakfast was nice, small selection of hot food, a bit repetitive after a while but was nice. Staff were friendly. Exterior of hotel was beautiful and the pool area was great. Stunning views of the sea from the pool.

  Disliked: Unfortunately we did have problems with our room, the room was small, dangerous step up the the bathroom which injured us a few times. The safe wasn’t working many times. We arrived into our room and in the evening we noticed we had no shower gel topped up from the moment we checked in. I would also say that our bedroom smell dusty and mouldy which did make for an uncomfortable sleep. I think while the hotel was lovely I think there needs some attention to finer details. The walk to town was a bit of a trek, 20 mins downhill, ok going down but going back up was hard. Taxis are about 40 euros per visit so I would recommend hiring a car if you want to get around or you don’t want to walk. I would say that on the booking platform it states free airport transfers but this is not the case, a taxi costs about €40 for a 5-10 min journey.

  Liked: There was a member of staff on the second day who was very friendly.

  Disliked: The rest of the staff were rude, unhelpful and miserable. It was tough to get a smile out of them. The smell of sewer in the room was so bad it felt like a health hazard. The 2nd room was actually the kitchen with no window. Dark and dingy.it was a 2 star at best.

  Location Emma’s beautiful- staff apart from Vivi were all rude compared to all our other accommodation we stayed during
