  Despite the many obstacles and disruptions, our stay was fine

  Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful

  Disliked: Mal-functioning glass door at entrance causing my travel partner to cut his nose and go to urgent care center Key did not work in mis-assigned room, then in the correct room. Keys needed to be reprogramed. Flooded entry from our private patio into room (upon arrival and again the next day) Private and general pool not heated Lounge chair cushions dry on surface but wet when seated

  Highly recommended!

  Liked: Absolutely fantastic stay! Everything about the room was really clean and tidy. The staff were all so friendly. It’s in a good location, only about 15 minutes away from the main town. The room itself was spacious and there was plenty of room to put my luggage. The bed was really comfortable and it had all the facilities I needed for the week. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Highly recommended.

  Disliked: Sometimes the music at the pool is a little bit loud to properly relax.

  Liked: This is a very comfortable hotel with good breakfast, decent gym and a very polite & helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a room with a private pool. Given that this room was close to the public pool and and given music is being played throughout the day, i requested for a room change away from the public pool after a few days The staff was very accommodating and supportive and moved me to the back side of the hotel in yet another room with a private pool. Though I spent a lot time outside, I greatly enjoyed the food at the hotel which was very decent. The staff did their best to make me comfortable and feel at home. I made many friends in the staff but can't remember all their names, i.e. Maria, Theo, Amelia, Mario, Costa Dina, the two Pakistani cleaners / helpers, bartenders at the pool bar, etc...all were very decent & nice!!!

  Disliked: Overall enjoyable & good experience, however at times i wish the music would not be played throughout the day at the pool; its nice to just chill & swim without a pool party feeling.

  Liked: We really liked everything. Location very walkable to town. Hotel very nice, clean, beautiful, staff are very friendly, they received us with a big smile and a welcome cocktail, left fresh fruits at the room with a complimentary bottle of wine. A guy brought our bags to the room for us. Room with great pool view, nice balcony, confortable bed, nice shower pressure, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream even toothbrush and toothpaste. Every little details thought. Pool service, nice drinks and food. Overall 10 of 10.
