  Amazing location for spoiling yourself

  Liked: Location walking distance from town, hotel and amenities amazing 5+++ star. Breakfasts delicious and a huge range of fruits, breads, pastries and cooked buffet as well as cooked breakfast to order bo additional cost. Room was modern, spacious, design chic and comfortable and had the most scenic view.

  Disliked: Cocktails were a bit pricey.

  End of September 2026 - long weekend

  Liked: Great breakfast, comfy bed and superb private pool in premium room which was so deep so could swim laps, literally. Also, walked with my lady to Zuma directly from hotel room which was superb experience for us both!!

  Disliked: Gym could be bigger and contain better equipment.

  Liked: The pool and the view was nice

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay at Cavo Tagoo was very disappointing, especially considering the extremely high price. We paid around £2,000 per night, and the experience was nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel at this level. The music was extremely loud and could be heard clearly inside our room until late at night, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. Even worse, we found ants and other bugs in the bed, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging this amount per night. The mattress and bed were also very uncomfortable, so overall the quality of sleep was terrible. The service was disappointing as well and did not feel attentive or luxurious. Cavo Tagoo may look beautiful in photos and on social media, but based on our experience, it is absolutely not worth £2,000 per night. At this price point, I expected exceptional comfort, cleanliness and service, and unfortunately we received none of those.
