  Amazing hotel

Liked: It’s an amazing hotel. Everything is so beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff. Rooms are stylish decorated. A lot of pools and nice views. This was our second time and will definitely come back.

Charming design, but unfortunately disappointing in terms of cleanliness, comfort, security and service

Liked: The Victorian-style design was charming, and I liked some of the decorative objects and details.

Disliked: The property was not clean enough, especially the bathroom, which was in very poor condition and looked much worse than expected from the photos. There were also many ants in the bathroom. Overall, everything felt quite old and poorly maintained rather than fresh or renovated. The bedding was another concern. The duvet had no proper cover, and there was only a thin blanket, also without a cover. This made me uncomfortable because there was no way of knowing when it had last been washed or whether it had been used directly by previous guests. The soundproofing was very poor. We could clearly hear the upstairs neighbor walking in heels late at night, and the noise was directly above our heads while we were trying to sleep. I also did not feel completely comfortable with the security. There was no visible security, and it seemed that anyone could enter the property quite easily. The service was inconsistent as well. I ordered an Americano three times and received something different each time. Regarding breakfast, we were not properly informed that breakfast was not included. We only found this out on our last day. The €20 per person charge itself was not the issue, but unfortunately the breakfast was neither good nor complete. There was also no one available to assist if we needed anything. I even found a hair in the fruit bowl, which I immediately reported to the staff. Finally, the air-conditioning unit was positioned directly above the bed, so the air blew onto us while sleeping. The bedroom was also impractical, with not even a small table or surface where we could place our personal belongings.

  Outstanding stay - Dorion impresses!

Liked: One of the best stays I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and genuinely attentive, anticipating things before I even asked. The views are stunning, the whole place is tastefully designed with real thought behind every detail and the breakfast is second to none. What set Dorion apart, though, was its deep connection to art, books and culture, which added something soulful to an already iconic Mykonos. I left feeling looked after and inspired.
