  Location not as advertised & terrible hot tub

  Liked: The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean

  Disliked: The location was misleading. It is not on the waterfront as the photos advertising the premises suggest. And the hot tub location is a joke. The property manager made no effort to negotiate or compromise and to make matters worse after totally disappointing us with the room when we needed to stay an extra few hours for an evening flight departure they had the audacity to charge us. That was their opportunity to recuperate some good will. I am very reluctant to trust booking.com reviews after this experience. Will definitely be checking other sites for reviews before booking here again however I do have to give booking com credit for their efforts to compensate us. Even though the property refused to negotiate with them, booking. Com offered us a partial refund from their side so that was a nice gesture.

  Liked: Mykonos was, as always, absolutely beautiful! Our stay at Little Venice Suites was extraordinary! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place with complete confidence! We had a wonderful experience and would gladly return! ❤️

  Disliked: The hotel sits on top of a bar playing loud trans music until 1:30 in the morning. No mention of that in the site description. They claim that the room is soundproof, but for that all windows need to be closed, and the AC was broken!! We asked to move to another room, they said they were full. Around midnight when they were convinced the AC was broken, they said they had somewhere else in the island they can move us to. Our flight was due early morning and we had to choose between not sleeping at the hotel due to the noise or not sleeping due to starting to move at these unreasonable hours.

  Absolutely lovely. Would stay again!

  Liked: The view is fantastic. The room opens up to the ocean and you have a cozy little balcony that's just big enough to sit out to enjoy a complimentary coffee while enjoying the windmills. The bed was very comfortable and the aesthetic of the cozy room was super pleasant. It's right in the middle of everything. We came back to the room anytime we needed to drop something off or use the restroom. The location is so convenient! Yet, it felt quiet. It's easy to forget that you're right above a restaurant/bar that stays open fairly late. The sound proofing is really well done in this space.

  Disliked: The steps leading up to the entrance and room are a bit tall and uneven but it's a historic building, so no much can be done about that. Just know before you go because it's a bit of a climb!

  Excellent staff made for a good stay

  Liked: Location, but quite noisy at night. The staff were fabulous. They went out of their way to accommodate us. My partner had two broken wrists and a broken bone in his shoulder as a result of a fall… they organised special transport facilities for us and an excellent guide, Armando who took us on a tour of the island. He comes highly recommended.

  Disliked: First bedroom on the first floor… bathroom facilities not working properly. For that room. Other bathroom fine. Second bedroom was on a mezzanine floor with a very narrow staircase and floor to stair ropes to hold on to … fine if you are young, but not so good if you are in your late 60’s, early 70’s.
