  Incredible hotel that kills it in every area except for the meals

  Liked: The staff was so incredibly friendly & efficient. We had a room at the top of the property. Walking down the hill was fine, but walking up was a lot of work. Anytime that we felt like relaxing and taking a break, the buggy drivers were there QUICKLY to give us a ride. The pool area of the hotel was great. So was the beach. Ornos beach is wonderful and Once in Mykonos is an incredible property to experience the island from...

  Disliked: EVERYTHING about the property was fantastic, except for the food & drinks. We felt like they were just "meh". Nothing was terrible, but we were not very happy with the food being offered. After having room service once, and breakfast in the (complimentary) dining room twice, we just decided to leave the property and pay for our own meals, rather than eat the mediocre food at the hotel, even though it was included in our stay. There is so much delicious food available that we didn't want to eat the poor offerings at the hotel breakfast.

  A perfect week that went too fast

  Liked: Staff were amazing, they really couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay was comfortable. The food and cocktails were great! Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. If we were to visit Mykonos again, we wouldn’t hesitate in staying at this hotel again.

  Berfect stay one of the best hotels

  Liked: Everything was amazing!! Location, rooms, staff. They offered us free transport from and to airport. When we left, our plane was 9 pm and they offered us free room for the rest of the day. Best service and hotel we have ever been, thank You!

  Liked: Beautiful, spotless hotel with an amazing location and breathtaking, unforgettable views. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were the kindest and most attentive I’ve ever experienced—every request was handled with a smile. The pool service was excellent too: friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful spot overlooking the stunning view. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!
