  Wonderful

Liked: Theodor, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful during our stay. He was extremely polite, cheerful, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed anything, he made it a priority to sort it out quickly and with a smile. His positive energy and dedication really made a difference to our experience. Thank you, Theodor, for going above and beyond! Breakfast amazing, the hotel is very comfortable, nice view and very silent.

Liked: The staff are amazing!! Mariana, Tudor, and truly everyone helped with everything and answered every question at any time. The breakfast was really great. The room was very beautiful and clean. We arrived during a time when the pool wasn't inviting because it was cold, but the atmosphere seemed great for the summer. I loved that there was a shuttle every hour or two to the shopping and dining area; the hotel is also within walking distance of Zuma. We also rented a car through the hotel—it was very easy, convenient, and quick.

  Amazing

Liked: Wonderful staff and very friendly. Great location with views and free shuttle bus into town every hour and return, which is only five minutes away by car but awkward to walk. Lovely breakfast plenty of choice, the deco was lovely. Would recommend
