  We stayed 8 nights and although it’s a modern appartment it wasn’t cozy at all

  Liked: It was modern. The view of the Parthenon from the large balcony.

  Disliked: It’s very basic. No creature comforts at all. Constant need to ask for towels, coffee pods. Very unfriendly cleaning staff. It wasn’t cleaned properly, the fridge was dirty from the previous occupants and the shower had mould. Be aware there is no window in the sitting room the only natural light is in the bedroom which can be oppressive.

  Disappointing last-minute change and poor communication

  Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. One day before check-in, I was informed that the apartment I had booked was no longer available due to electrical issues. I asked for a similar alternative, but instead I was offered a smaller room, which I accepted despite the very last-minute change. The room was also not presented in the condition I expected, as the blanket provided was noticeably dirty. To be fair, the host responded quickly when I raised these issues and eventually offered a solution. However, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and proactively from the beginning. Overall, I hope they improve communication, cleanliness and the way last-minute changes are handled, as these are important aspects of the guest experience.

  Disliked: I wasnt able to stay at my booked location. Even though my check in was at 3pm I received a message at 4:30pm that there was a problem with the electricity of the apartment that was discovered during the cleaning of the apartment. The apartment obviously had to be ready before 3pm. A friend of mine booked in the same building and there was no problem with his apartment. He received his check in codes the day before which I did not. Obviously something else happened with the apartment.

  Very disappointing

  Liked: Quite new. Good bathrooms snd decent price

  Disliked: Very disappointing. Amenities were few. Hardly no cups or plates in rooms. Linen was dirty and stained on pillows. No rubbish bags or enough towels. But biggest issue is that they stuffed up our booking and we were left without a place to stay in our last night. It took 3 days and over 12 messages to get a straight answer out of them that they didn’t have any rooms for us as didn’t keep them as agreed. They did tell us in the last day that they could help us secure a room so we didn’t have to move but by then it was late. Very stressful as had an elderly mum and 3 kids. Communication was great up until there was an issue then after that they were MIA. Really disappointed
