  From check in to check out, everything was faultless. Thank you. Highly recommend The Alex

  Liked: Staff was extremely accommodating and courteous at all times. The location is beautiful. Great corner room with amazing views over the marina. Dining in the Nest restaurant was amazing as the food was delicious.

  Disliked: The light in the bathroom could not be switched off due to a faulty switch.

  Liked: The hotel comes with a great view. Rooms are nice..ok for 2 nights stay. Food is great at their rooftop restaurant. The staffs are friendly and even allowed us for late check out.

  Enjoyed our 3 night stay - Nico at reception was particularly helpful and obliging

  Liked: Lovely modern building with a great view and awesome rooftop restaurant. Nice little verandah off our room. Free coffee machine at reception was great touch.

  Disliked: The room was a little tight for space with 2 adults and 2 suitcases.

  Liked: The hotel, staff, food and drinks were very good. Service was top notch.

  Disliked: There were no hand rails on the stairs. For seniors, this could definitely be a major problem as well as a liability for the hotel.
