Mixed feelings - good interior, but dirty bed linens, challenging situation not entirely resolved

Liked: Modern design was nice looking and gave a general sense of familiar comfort. Gave us a safe place to sleep for the night, before catching an early ferry.

Disliked: Our main complaint was probably an unfortunate circumstance: Don’t know why but there was no running water when we arrived, and although the host said they’d resolve it, it was never resolved during our stay (12 hours total). We were right off of the plane from a long journey and it was rough to not get to shower etc. *the host did voluntarily provide a partial refund* The sheets were also not clean- we found stains, hair, and dirt.

  Convenient and clean

Liked: Good location for the port, and the apartment was spacious and clean. Getting into thee apartment was complicated by the lack of the location of the key box, which was on another building opposite the apartment block. Our Taxi driver Dimitris was very helpful in helping us find this. The video sent to me with the location of the key box would not load.

Disliked: Only one curtain was up in my room and so the window was half covered. The lift was very small.

Location was good and the apartment was nice, just lacking amenities and clear communication

Liked: Spacious room and comfortable beds. Bathroom and kitchen were very nice but not practical. Only half a screen on one of the showers, no water or basic coffee/tea facilities.

Disliked: No wifi and lack of communication from staff. One staff member was very helpful when we first dropped off our bags, the other two not so helpful or pleasant. There were also no blankets for the beds.

Best location. walking distance from metro, port, University, market

Liked: Some more facilities like a microwave, kitchen crockery, few bowl, toaster, extra comforter, extra towel add more satisfaction level. although few items supplied by hist when requested. Washing machine was also not there if one is staying for.longer nights

Disliked: less.space. one room.was very small.
