  Liked: The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Specially Pedro the waiter, one of the girl from the reception ( can't remember her name) and the cleaner of that block. Very helpful and friendly. Made our stay better

  Disliked: The food was ok breakfast always the same and we felt like the dinner was very similar every single night. The pool for a few days we found it dirty and the jets wasn't on. Not sure if they had some problem with the pool. If we go back there we will definitely not choose half board if that is an option otherwise we will prefer to stay in another hotel for sure.

  Liked: Very good location near the beach and the center of Rethymno. The hotel is rather new and clean, the stuff helpful and the food was great as well! Overall a very good experience.

  Disliked: My room had an issue with the rooms control panel which was not resolved...the faulted panel was causing the air condition to shut down randomly and the lights to turn on in the middle of the night! Also its a bit pricey for the servies offered...

  Liked: Beautiful hotel in city centre, excellent staff ftom reception, restaurant and bar, and domestic teams, all lovely and helpful. Rioms were immaculate, pool area was lovely and cool to sit at. Overall, great experience for a short stay.

  Disliked: Only slightly disappointed at the lack of options in thr buffet restaurant, but fine for the sise of hotel and short stay
