Fantastic. Can't wait to go back next season
Liked: the whole property is spectactular. Special shout out to the young lady who served breakfast and went out of her way to make our experience special.
Disliked: the matress could have been a little softer ( geing very picky here). And some instructions on how to use the jacuzzi would have been nice.

Every interaction, every thoughtful gesture, it makes you feel you are really welcome. The level of hospitality is outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!! For me, returning to this hotel feels like coming home. It is the people, their kindness, their empathy and the beautiful atmosphere they create that make this place unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating something so special. Exceptional hospitality is not simply about providing a service it is about making people feel welcome. Disliked: Simply the Best!
A very please t overnight stay
Liked: Its position and especially its restaurant on opposite side of the cobbled street. The staff were very smartly dressed and polite and welcoming
Disliked: My partner has restricted mobility so we couldn’t climb the 3 flights of stairs for the roof top jacuzzi so missed out on that
Liked: In the center of old town. Wonderful breakfast
Disliked: Noisy during night. Difficult to dry swimsuite and sea equipment, not having any terrace.
Location in the heart of Rethymno Great food is a focus
Liked: Location location location. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Shower over spa bath & hard to get in & out
Staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, the apartments are beautiful and well located
