  Very relaxing, will return

  Liked: pictures don't do this hotel justice. Fabulous place!!!! Fantastic food, big rooms, friendly staff, big pool and a very relaxed feeling about the place. No rushing to get a bed etc. They have a seated section on the beach which you can use for free as a bonus and we will be returning in the future

  Liked: I like everything about this hotel but what I like the most, is the fact that a lot of the stuff members remain in their position over the years and this gives this extra touch that turns a good holiday into a great one.

  Disliked: There isn't much but if i had to pick one that would be the parking which can be very difficult in an urban area in Crete.

  Liked: Brilliant experience all round. Amazing team of staff. And awesome buffet menu. What I will add making tap water available instead of having to pay for water all the time and a parking space for guests will also be a fantastic addition to the great work you are already doing.

  Great hotel with friendly staff in a central location

  Liked: We have been coming to this hotel in Rethymnon for years and every stay is excellent. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, the pool is great, and both breakfast and dinner are delicious. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the city centre. What makes this place truly special is the incredibly friendly staff who always make us, and especially our two sons, feel so welcome. We already look forward to coming back next year!

  Lovely hotel, perfect for walk into old town or the beach

  Liked: Modern, clean hotel, great friendly staff, 15 mins away walk into old town.

  Disliked: Tried the spa facilities and the steam room was cold and the spa pool could’ve been heated a bit more. Also it’s a struggle to find parking nearby.
