Exceptional
Lovely property within the delightful old town
Liked: Very nicely restored old town property to a high standard. Great attention to detail. Fabulous roof top terrace with a perfect view of the castle
Disliked: I specifically booked this property because it highlighted private parking. We arrived by motorcycle and were told to just put it somewhere outside the old town. I don’t like parking my hired bikes where I can’t keep an eye on them, so this slightly spoiled an otherwise excellent stay.
Liked: Room was nicely laid out Good location Hot water and WiFi was good Dimitri help us with our reservation

Liked: The location, it's very close to everything in the Old Town
We had a short comfortable stay at Casa and if we visited again, we would return to the hotel!
Liked: The room was very comfortable and tidy, and we had a very nice balcony. The host was available to meet us at the property and the air conditioning worked well
Disliked: We did not have a good experience with the transfer organised through the hotel. Book your transfer separately to avoid disappointment. Cannot fault the accommodation, though.
Gem of a find, excellent host and great location
Liked: Quiet apartment in a fantastic location hosted by a caring and friendly family. Also really enjoyed the private sauna in our room and rooftop terrace for sunsets!
Disliked: Really not a big deal, but there are a couple of blocks of pedestrian only to bring luggage to the facility.
Liked: Everything was 5 plus stars. Nicest place we stayed in Crete so far. Rooftop terrace was amazing at sunset with a crazy view. The room was exceptionally well furnished and supplied. Loved the comfy bed. Also the owners provided a free parking spot!
Disliked: Only staying 1 night
