  Fine stay in a very touristy town

  Liked: The villa is quirky, with 2 bedrooms spaced on either side of the living area. The more spacious room is the one for the single beds which might not suit friends travelling together. The aircon works well. Parking is a little distance away, but that's fine, we were ready for that. We used our villa as a base for a week - there's not that much to do for 7 days in Rhythemno, so needs a car to explore the countryside.

  Disliked: One room has much more space and a great bathroom, the other not so much. There are several low hung lights in the bedroom and the living area that are completely in the way. We often hit our head, and had to negotiate around one in the middle of the night to get into and out of bed. They could easily be removed as they are not necessary for lighting.

  Fabulous

  Liked: Fabulous villa, we had an amazing week here, everything you need, large bedrooms and great air con, very quiet either being in the heart of things, Would definitely come again

  Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location

  Liked: It was clean and stylish and had everything we needed, it was spacious and fantastic facilities. The location was excellent and the host was really amazing. The private pool was so good.

  Disliked: The master bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We also didn’t have enough blankets for the beds.

  Charming apartment in the heart of historic centre

  Liked: Great apartment in a charming alley in the heart of the historic centre of Rethymno. We had the top floor apartment, two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room/ kitchen area is a bit small in comparison but has everything you need. Balcony is big enough to chill and it is nice to be able to take a dip in the small pool. Nice view over the city. Around the corner of everything and still quiet. Good beds. Athina was very helpful. A cleaning service halfway the week was included. Totally recommended.

  Perfect location, beautiful surroundings, we hope to come back

  Liked: The property was beautiful a fantastic mixture of old world charm and new. We had our 3 teenage children with us and the space worked well. The outside area was great too and we made good use of it. Location was perfect, so central but quiet.

  Highly recommended apartment

  Liked: Super location in the thick of it but very quiet. Taxi dropped us a short distance away less than 5 minutes walk. Direction provided were good. Apartment was lovely, very spacious with nice decor. Good sized bedrooms and showers. Best aircon we have had in a long time. Everything on your door step, little general store at the end of the street for bottled water supply super cheap. Big supermarket under 10 minutes walk, bakery 30 yards away. The Balcony was sunny with an open aspect, plunge pool surprisingly nice. Rethymno was great with its shady streets, shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed our weeks holiday and would highly recommend this apartment.

  Disliked: Could have done with a toaster and small pan.
