Liked: The location is perfect, about 10 steps to the harbour and the room was immaculate.

Liked: The convenience of the location, having the beach being a 12-15min walk, the cafes/restaurants being only a few steps away. The location was scenic and beautiful.
Disliked: The only thing I would change for any future tourist is that you may possibly add to your hotel is that even though I am only 75kg which isn’t big in body stature, is that anyone that is possibly over 80kg would NOT fit on the toilet, I personally just fit being only 75kg.. so I think it would be disappointing if a tourist was bigger and would NOT fit on the toilet being wedged between the shower and a wall.
Liked: The position is perfect because you are directly in the center of the city.
Disliked: The size of the room: too small. The service: I asked several times for same things and I received assistance just at the end. The water: it was often missing.
One of the worst stay I had on booking
Liked: Good position
Disliked: We woke up in the morning and there was no water to shower nor going to the toilet, staff didn’t asked if we even needed a bottle of water or something to ease the situation. The neighbourhood had water because the guy next to us was flowering the plants and stuff but they say it was a neighbourhood thing and it was going to be back in two hours. Very bad handled both in the long term (they should invest in a tank or something) and in the short term (asking something about the stay instead of justifying). In Crete you can’t flush the toilet paper, the toilet bin though was without lid….
