Fabulous
A nice hotel in a great location for Rethymno Old Town
Liked: The hotel was exactly what we wanted and expected. Great location, nice room (403) with a sea view, super pleasant and helpful staff and a great breakfast. All in all, really good.
Disliked: A couple of points: This isn’t a 5* hotel. And that’s fine - you don’t, and shouldn’t get deluxe suites in 5* hotels for €200 per night. As I said, it was great, and what we expected. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but further evidence the star system is worthless nowadays. A real frustration was the balcony lights. The hotel overrides the room controls and turns all the balcony lights on 7-11pm. So any planned quiet evening on the balcony enjoying the view is ruined because the lights make you ground zero for every moth and mozzy in town. Surely an easy to fix but reception said it was out of their control.
Nice Hotel
Liked: The location was great. Staff were amazing. Room was good.
Disliked: Thw view from our balcony was not great as we looked at the opposite hotel and road. But can't complain as it was fully booked when we booked.

A very welcoming hotel
Liked: From the moment we arrived when we received an exceptionally warm welcome from Stepanie and Anastasia on reception to the moment we left the staff were amazingly kind and courteous. We received a beautiful platter of fruit and a bottle of champagne on arrival. We received a second platter on our 3rd day. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Old Town, the car parks and the beach. It was a great bonus having comfortable, free lounge beds at the beach each day.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
Liked: Centrally located, great staff remembering you and going the extra mile.

Children up to 6 years old enjoy a free stay. Children between 7-12 years old enjoy a 50% discount.
The beach is located in front of our sister hotel Kriti Beach at 1640 feet distance. Beach and pool towels are provided for free to all our guests.
