A beautifully renovated gem in the heart of Rethymnon
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Lemon Garden Villa. Right in the heart of Rethymnon, yet surprisingly quiet, it’s a great base to explore the town and surrounding area. The villa has been beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished throughout. Our host Christina was attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything, which added a nice personal touch to the stay. We’d happily recommend Lemon Garden Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable base in Rethymnon. Thank you for having us.
Exceptional, sums it up quite succinctly
Liked: A stunning property, ideally located in the old town. On a quiet back street and just 100m walk from the hubbub of the Main Street with a multitude of shops and beautiful restaurants. Congratulations and thanks to the owner and management team. Lemon garden villa, is very contemporary and yet retains the charm of the old town. Impeccably clean and tidy, spacious with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of wardrobe space, a washing machine supplied with washing detergent was a boon. A spacious kitchen and lounge area with a large TV, with Netflix, Prime and YouTube channels available together with local channels. Outside around the hot tub is a large patio area to relax in the shade or to sun bath. The beach is just a 15min walk away and the harbour, a short 5min walk. The supermarket is a 2min walk around the corner although we ate out at every occasion, and at very reasonable rates. Although taxis cannot drop you at the secure gate, it’s only a short 2min walk from the drop off and pickup area of the 4 Martyrs church. Christina manages the property, and was very charming. She offered a seamless experience, contacting us upon booking, prior to our stay and throughout. Always on call to answer any queries, and very keen to assist. I would have absolutely no hesitation on returning and would heartily recommend this property for any length of stay. Well done!

Excellent hassle-free property for families or a group of friends
Liked: The location is great as it is a quiet street, just off the main bustling entrance to the old town of Rethymno. Christina was very welcoming and communicative well in advance of our arrival and provided us all the information which we requested of her. Our flight arrived early, and we could easily leave the luggage with them and they let us know when the room was ready. She also let us know of a good and cheap parking option near the property which helped us a lot as it was barely 3 minutes walking from the property. The beds were very comfortable and they had a choice of pillows which was great, and the A/C worked very well. There is also a good supermarket 2 minutes away, and it had all regular Greek stuff as it is also used by locals. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience and one which we will repeat for sure.

A fantastic week in a fantastic house!
Liked: Lemon Villa was fabulous. Everything in the house was done to a very high standard and was clean and welcoming. The living area is big with lots of space for a group or family. The balcony on to the street was a really nice place to sit and watch people go by. The shutters ensured a good night's sleep! The outdoor mini pool (warm/hot tub) was beautiful and we particularly enjoyed spending time in there at night, with the lights on. Christina, who manages the property, is just amazing. Communication with Christina was great- she always responded and assisted us with any queries we had about the area. She obviously takes a great deal of pride in her role and she absolutely made our holiday.
