Exceptional
Liked: The hotel was absolutely delightful. It had everything needed for a comfortable holiday, although there was no traditional coffee maker available. It was also convenient to be able to do laundry in our own room. The staff were exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and helpful. I had a minor accident during our stay, and the hostess went above and beyond by helping me and arranging for a doctor to come. The service was truly outstanding, and it left us with a very positive impression. The guests were always made to feel welcome and were greeted whenever we met the staff. Getting around was easy and convenient. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy, home-like holiday experience with hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Great place in Rethymno
Liked: Everything was beyond expectations. The hotel and the apartment is very clean. Also the hotek is close to the beach and the old town. The cleaning was done daily, in the morning. The apartment has everything you need, very nice decorated. It was quiet at night so we didn't have trouble sleeping. The owners are very friendly, ready to help you. We were welcomed with juice. Maria also helped us with additional towels for the beach. I will come back for sure in the future!
