The Mediterraneo Suite is easily the best place we've ever stayed and we'd recommend it to everyone
Liked: The apartment is beautiful, with lots of character, high ceilings and plenty of light. It mostly stayed cool, too, during a proper heat wave (40C!) and is much bigger than it appeared in the photos. All of the facilities were great – we particularly appreciated having a washing machine, and the beds were super comfortable. The location is superb: right in the centre of the gorgeous old town, near all of the many excellent restaurants, but nice and quiet for almost the whole time. The roof terrace was a lovely place to hang out in the evening (too hot in the daytime). We loved having access to the pool at Hotel Ideon, too – it's only a short walk away through the old town, and offered a nice alternative to the beach. Finally, Franziska was super-helpful the entire time and made everything so easy for us.
Disliked: A bit more shade on the roof terrace would have been great, as would a bit more kitchen equipment such as a microwave, but those are the only things we can think of.
Very good
Liked: The apartment is in the middle of the old town, on a side street. Is was not loud but you were in the streets immediately. The apartment is very big with 4 bathrooms and a big rooftop with a hottub that we loved using during sunset. It was so helpful that there was a dishwasher and a washing machine. Franziska the host was always ready to help and very friendly
Disliked: It was clean, but could be better.
