Fabulous
Lovely place to stay
Liked: The location was good, walking distance to the old historic town and right opposite the beach. The apartment provided all that we needed. Downstairs was a lovely restaurant Nosta with 10 % discount for Meltemi visitors. The apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels twice a week. Coffee making facilities were a bonus.
Disliked: We had a flood early one morning,coming from the roof. We were able to call the property manager who responded immediately and the leak was dealt with as quickly as was possible.The apartment was cleaned and we were gifted with fruit and wine.Also the lift failed as we were checking out so had to carry cases down the stairs from the top floor. we were just unfortunate that both happened during our vacation.
Liked: Location, convenience
Disliked: Only a hand held shower, without a mounted bracket was th only downside
Stay in Rethymno
Liked: Lovely stay, great location, and very comfortable! What liked / Cosa ti è piaciuto: I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect and so close to the sea, which was amazing. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was excellent and I felt very welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel
Disliked: Just a small note for the maintenance team: there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom during my stay. I thought it was just because of the bad weather from the previous days, but it persisted. However, it was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay.
Good for the price
Liked: Had everything we needed, pretty clean. Close to the beach! Amazing view. Nice staff.
Disliked: The gym above made noises, not every morning but it was still very loud.
I recommend it for a relaxing summer holiday by a great beach!
Liked: Great location, just a 1-minute walk to the beach! The air conditioning worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. The staff was really friendly and kind! Great sunset view from the apartment!
Disliked: Overall, everything was good and great value for money. The only thing I would suggest changing is the fridge, as it was a bit noisy.
OK for a week break
Liked: Apartment was a nice size with a big balcony which has furniture to sit and an air dryer. Beds were really comfy even though it was 2 beds pushed together (they didn't move). Lovely view of seafront and life. Nice clean beach on the doorstep and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. A short walk is the old town which is very pretty with an old port.
Disliked: It's a very busy place. Road is very busy. If you're looking for the old Greece with tavernas and dusty little roads, this is not the place. It's very built up and impersonal. Sea was rough so the lifeguards closed the sea for most of our holiday.

Please note that from May to October cleaning service daily cleaning is provided. From November to April cleaning service is provided twice per week. Change of towels and linen takes place twice per week.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
