Very easy to find and very modern and minimal

Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The room was very clean, modern and organised. The location was perfect - right in the central rethymno and 15mins from the beach. The receptionist was helpful and nice.
Disliked: Everything was amazing, i would just add a little more closet place. There was also no separate kitchen space - no sink to wash the dishes. The upstairs shower room overflows a little when u close the door. There is a noticable temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs because there is only 1 window downstairs. Airconditioning helps but still the cold air naturally gathers downstairs.
Liked: Everything was extremely clean and tidy, super comfy beds. also incredible location, right in the centre of old town!
Excellent location and great staff
Liked: Athena was incredible. Some of our friends had some issues with their room and she changed it immediately. She also helped us with the transport.
Disliked: It might be a plus to add more storing facilities (closet or more hangers for the wet towels)

Liked: **Hotel Location** The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center tucked inside a side alley. Note that it isn't accessible by car; the closest drop-off spot is about 200 meters away. It's best to drop off your luggage with someone to watch it while you go park (parking costs €10 per day).
Disliked: **Wi-Fi & Amenities** The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and didn't work at all, which also meant the TV's Netflix feature was unusable. That was a shame, as decent Wi-Fi is a basic necessity, not a luxury.
