  It was ok

  Liked: The only thing I liked was the lady at the breakfast entrance the one that greeting me was so nice and the Pool person was really nice also

  Disliked: This place is a nice place, but they were so confused about my room and the staff looked too confused about my room because technically I wasn’t staying there but I was staying there. It was a mess.

  Liked: The room was very comfortable with two bathrooms. The breakfast was served at the restaurant with plenty of options for the whole family.

  bizarre experience- i wouldn’t stay there. Possible the other two Pearl resorts. But since it is the same management and

  Liked: that we could use the two pools that are part of the the 3 and 5 star Pearl hotels. The restaurant at this accommodation was very good and the breakfast waitress was super nice.

  Disliked: i thought i chose a see view with a plunge pool. apparently only selected plunge pool. Room was like a dungeon. literally down stairs and on the street level. There were two plunge pools - 1 on the street for all hotel guests and then mine was adjacent. weird. The ac didn’t work the first night, and on 3 occasions i called for people to come to the room which didn’t fix the problem. They gave me a fan. They said AC person coming in am and can “also” fix mine. i called the manager that night and left a message. i asked to have a 50 percent discount for the bad ac night and requested to check out in the am. I also contacted booking.com. In the morning i was directed to the concierge woman who can speak 5 languages. She said it is working. She and another person came to my room and it actually worked. Given the hotel had ac person coming i assume they fixed it. However, i was told i didnt know how to use the ac properly and it was working all along. crazy!! She offered me a dinner at the buffet and asked if id stay and accept. i said i would prefer to check out and would like half price off for the first night and to be refunded for the second as i was checking out before 10:00 am. She said they don’t give money back so would i stay and have a free buffet. Since there wouldn’t be any return it was either accept or leave and have to pay for the hotel plus a new hotel. Then when booking contacted them they said i had accepted. kind of a covert con job if you ask me. booking.com had better customer service than the hotel and gave me a small percentage back since the hotel wouldn’t budge. In any case- don’t get a room with a plunge pool- it is like a dungeon and no sea view. literally on the street. Again the other pearl hotels had lovely pools and we were able to use them. That part was very nice. Bad customer service.

  Apartment was not up to the mark but the room at SeaBreeze was better

  Liked: The location was very good and the double room establishments was also very good. They have 3 hotels with different levels ranging from 3 star to 5 star facilities. Some of their services/facilities are common and some are based on the property you stay. The staff and the common facilities were great. The facilities at the double room were also great. Their restaurant as well as the spa were great.

  Disliked: The facility and service of the family apartment was not up to the mark. The toilets in the apartment as well as the double room were clogged and smelled horribly. After complaining, they took care of the double room immediately but not the apartment. After complaining again and again, when I made a video on the 4th day of how the water was getting blocked, they finally cleaned it. The apartment was also filled with ants and a few mosquitos. Even telling them about it, no measures were taken in our whole stay of 7 nights. I would suggest one should make sure that their room is not on the ground floor or basement.

  Nice boutique hotel

  Liked: Nice location, 30 minutes walking from Rethymno town, beach front - separated by a road from the beach. Nice modern rooms. Very helpful staff, especially Eva and Matilda at breakfast

  Disliked: The sofa that also served as a bed for our daughter could be more comfortable
