Liked: Breakfast was brilliant!
Amazing stay!
Liked: What an amazing stay. Our group only had good things to say about this hotel. The check-in has a back door entrance, so you don't have to carry bags up the front staircase into the lobby. The hotel held onto our bags before our rooms were ready. When we checked in, the reception went with us to our room to show and explain everything within it (amenities, lights, the hot tub, etc.). The view of the harbour from the room was amazing, and the balcony had some very comfortable furniture to enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable, and the view while lying there was next level. The staff was very friendly and so helpful when we asked for anything. Their breakfast was delicious, and they had a special egg dish to offer each day. The seating area outside also gives a great view of the harbour. The hotel was very clean and had a nice air scent to add to the experience. Seriously, it's an amazing stay - highly recommended.
Disliked: The only thing you may have a problem with, as minor as it is, is the lighting choices and the number of switches available. It is really nice to have controls in bed though.
Best stay I ever had in Rethymno
Liked: Best stay I ever had in Rethymno, having travelled there often for the last 20 years. The room was exceptional and the staff was most friendly making us feel almost at home. Fantastic location on the port, within walking distance from the old city. The breakfast deserves a special note, with a different egg recipe every day, made on demand. I won't be searching for other hotels anymore when I come back next time.

Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing! Cannot fault this place. Felt very pampered by staff, made my last week of holidays incredibly enjoyable!

Liked: The hotel has lovely staff who are very helpful. Gorgeous breakfast each morning. A great location, beside the beach and only a short walk to the old town and fortress.
Only stay one night as due to illness and hospital admission in Chania
