Good place to stay
Liked: The studio looks just like the photos. One thing that may not be completely obvious from the listing is that the kitchen is separate from the main room, which I actually found to be a plus. Early check-in was possible, which was very convenient. Overall, the studio had everything I needed for a longer stay, including air conditioning, an iron, towels and all the necessary bathroom facilities. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and utensils, and it was particularly nice to find not only salt but also cooking oil, which saved me from having to buy a whole bottle just for my stay. A few previous reviews mentioned that the bed was quite firm. I normally don’t mind firm mattresses at all, so I didn’t expect this to be an issue, but unfortunately I found this particular one surprisingly uncomfortable and struggled to get a good night’s sleep. Of course, mattress comfort is very personal, so this may not be a problem for everyone. Apart from that, everything was fine and the studio was well equipped for the stay. One small point regarding check-in: the listing states that check-in is available from 00:00 to 00:00, and I had also requested an early arrival between 05:00 and 06:00 through Booking.com, which was approved in advance. However, when I arrived, the host seemed surprised by how early I had arrived and mentioned that check-in would normally be after 3pm. It wasn’t a major issue in the end, but I think it would be helpful to make the actual check-in hours clearer on the listing if early arrivals are not normally expected.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the mattress was very firm and, despite normally being fine with firm beds, I found it quite uncomfortable and didn’t manage to sleep particularly well. Also, the small tabletop grill/toast maker in the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly after previous guests, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it.
Liked: From the very beginning the owner made us feel as at home. Everything is as in the pictures. The apartment provides everything you could need. It is very quiet yet few minutes far from the beach, as well as the marina and the city center. The owner himself sent us local products as gifts and is available anytime for any information including airport transport organisation. Last day we were allowed to stay in the apartment until the night since no rent was planned that day. Strongly recommend! Thank you Stavros!

Comfortable and clean, close to everything
Liked: The appartment has everything you need, including a small kitchenette. No oven tho. Clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach, stores and even a small bakery around the corner where you can have morning coffee. Not so far to the old town either. Close to the beach strip with all the restaurants and night clubs but still quiet at nights so you can sleep in peace. The owner lives in the building and is usually available, at least through messages.
Disliked: Had the appartment on the second floor and there are many stairs, not a problem for me but good to know. The view was not so hot but I didn't spend much time inside anyway.

Liked: It is a very nice apartment, the owner is very friendly and I immediately felt welcome. It is located in a small.street near the beach so it's nice and quiet in the evening and night. I also really loved that there is a washing machine and a small kitchen.
