  Supper!

  Liked: Very comfortabel new apartment.

  Disliked: Fridge with icecream will be perfect!! We were ready to buy, but can’t found anything. And when you use pool it will be very nice. But nothing else! Very comfortabel room and Cozy balcony.

  We loved it and would defiantly stay here again

  Liked: Me and my partner stayed here at the beginning of September and we loved it. The room was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if we had a toaster and oven, rather than just a toastie machine but we just made sure to only buy food we could cook with what we had so it wasn't a problem. The cleaners came in everyday and did a great job. The pool was lovely and big and kept clean. It was also in a perfect location. The beach front is less than 5 mins walk and the nearest supermarket is about 3 mins away. There is also a Lidl close by, about a 10 min drive. The beachfront has restaurants and bars and gets busier as you walk towards the Rethymno old town which takes around 30 mins to the old town. The old town has everything you need, full of restaurants, shops and bars.

  Disliked: The only slight problem we had in our room was there was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom but we just made sure to keep the door closed and it wasn't a problem for us in the grand scheme of things. We didn't have hot water one of the days out of 10 we were there but again wasn't much of an issue for us and it was a one off.

  Liked: Close to the beach, and restaurants.

  Disliked: When we arrived the room smelt like a sewer! After opening the outer door it was ok, but that night the smell returned. I found the smell was coming from the floor waste in the bathroom, I covered it with a towel and that fixed the smell. I did try to find a staff member but for the 3 nights we were there I never saw one, I went to reception twice and could not find anyone. The refrigerator also sounded like a washing machine on spin all night. The other issue was even though the room was made up every day the only shower soap was left were he first 2 x 20ml bottles from our arrival.

  Lovely room but location is average and no wifi

  Liked: Excellent room, spacious and very clean. Fabulous shower too. Great aircon. Really nice pool area

  Disliked: It’s very far from town so you need a car or to pay for taxi. The parking is 100m walk which is fine but something to keep in mind. Very disappointing that the wifi didn’t work and we got no help. I reached out via WhatsApp and booking message and no staff replied. We had no wifi the entire time unless we went out onto the balcony. Very disappointed that it we received no help.

  Disliked: The accommodation does not match the photos or the description presented on the platform. Part of the property appears to have been renovated, but the section where we stayed was not. Even the photos of the room we were given did not correspond to the actual room. The room was a long, oddly shaped space, with very little natural light and inadequate ventilation. It looked as though it had been forgotten in the 1980s and had nothing in common with what one would expect from a four-star hotel. What made our stay particularly unpleasant, however, was the strong and persistent sewage smell, which was extremely disturbing and significantly affected our comfort throughout our stay. The balcony was extremely small, to the point that there was not even enough space to hang a towel. In addition, the swimming pool was dirty, and the overall condition of the property did not reflect the standard one would expect from a **** hotel.

  Excellent value for money. I would recommend it

  Liked: Close to the beach but two streets back so no traffic noise nuisance. Lovely swimming pool and very friendly staff.
