Exceptional
Definitely not 5 stars
Liked: View from restaurant
Disliked: The overall state of the resort, lack of maintenance no air-conditioning (turned off) 25 degrees in room. Told the receptionist twice and didn't get resolved.
Fantastic hotel
Liked: Great facilities, very clean, multiple pools, gym, close to the beach with dedicated loungers, food was fantastic and they catered for our coeliac child very professionally, having different options available every evening! Easy taxi/bus ride into Rhodes Town. Lovely little additions of evening chocs and a leaving present was appreciated. Staff were all attentive and happy to help in anyway they could.
Disliked: Kids did not enjoy the evening entertainment (bingo/quiz etc)

Liked: The room was huge with beautiful view. The hotel it self is also verry spacious and confortable. Very clean and with a modern design. Stuff was very helpful anx always very kind. The location was great as it was close to Rhodes town and has a bus station just next to it.
