Exceptional
A great choice!
Liked: The location was absolutely brilliant. It was a close walk to the beach, the old town and the harbour. The reception staff at the front desk were particularly welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Nothing really comes to mind to be fair.
Great value for money
Liked: The property is in a very good location walking distance to most main attractions. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Fabulous Hotel experience
Liked: Our second stay at this wonderful hotel. I love the gorgeous smell as you enter, and the glass of prosecco to welcome you. We were very lucky this time and were upgraded to a suite with Jacuzzi and city views. What a treat. It was a fabulous experience. Thank You the food in the hotel is good value and well cooked and there are plenty restaurants to choose from locally.
Disliked: As mentioned before it would be good to have cushions on the sun beds by the pool, and we are not keen on the fact that the bathroom has no door. It felt strange but maybe I am old fashioned.
Luxurious
Liked: Third time we have stayed as a stop over to another island and we don’t look anywhere else now. Perfectly located for seafront and backstreets. The staff are wonderful and the buffet breakfast is amazing. Immaculate hotel.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
Fantastic staff, food, location but room was not as restful as could be
Liked: The hotel is ideally located for a mix of beach, old city exploration, and restaurants/bars/shops proximity. Breakfast buffet is extensive, great quality, and has something for everyone. Room and hotel are clean, the cleaning staff are very professional and thorough, and the staff at Reception and Restaurant are very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The balcony doors are not sound proof, so - neighbours on the adjacent balconies speaking until 1 am, street noise, and 4 am garbage tracks - are very disruptive for a light sleeper. Bed mattress (individual preference) was too soft and sinking in several spots. The room and balcony lights are too bright (no low/dimmed light setting). And the great gym facility is only open 8 am to 4 pm, which are the prime hours for the beach, day trips, city exploring, etc. Please consider early and late hours.

Liked: The Hotel was in a great location and close by to everything,it was great value for money and the staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: The walls in the bedrooms are very thin and you can hear the people next door,we could hear snoring all night for several nights which kept myself and my wife awake.The pool is quiet small with limited sunlight during the day. One day our room didn’t get cleaned so I had to speak to the cleaner to get more fresh towels which we got without any fuss
