Liked: Everything about my stay was absolutely wonderful! The property is stunning, with a perfect location and breathtaking views from every room and the pool.
Disliked: But the real gems of this place are the people who work there! Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made my stay truly special.
Fantastic view and location, but compromises in service and value for money
Liked: The location of the hotel and the direct view of the sea and the volcanic island are simply outstanding. The rooms were always spotlessly clean and the towels were changed regularly. The Wi-Fi also worked flawlessly (except for a general power outage). The two reception staff members were very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain a few things about the island to us. A special highlight is the morning setting: breakfast is served directly on your private terrace, which is a truly beautiful experience against this backdrop.
Disliked: We booked the transfers (€50 from the port, €40 to the airport) specifically for the promised luggage assistance. Payment was demanded in cash in advance without a receipt, and upon departure, the luggage service never showed up, leaving us to carry our heavy suitcases up the steep stairs ourselves. The breakfast quality was just "ok" and our checklist orders were not always delivered accurately; it scores points for the beautiful view, but from a culinary perspective, it's not a must. Furthermore, we were told we could get water at reception anytime since tap water isn't drinkable, but weren't informed it would cost €3 after the first bottle. Additionally, tours and rentals offered by the hotel were significantly overpriced compared to online options.

My Santorini dream come true
Liked: Breathtaking views, especially at sunset, delicious breakfast, and a lovely walk to Fira. The staff were thoughtful and welcoming, especially Stella, who was incredibly kind and helpful with recommendations on where to go and eat, as well as bus schedules. Her thoughtful assistance made our stay even more special!

From the breathtaking views of the endless blue Aegean Sea to our beautiful terrace with its private plunge pool and sunbed, every moment felt like a dream. Enjoying the most delicious breakfast delivered right to our terrace each morning was such a special treat and the perfect way to start the day in paradise. Our room was lovely, but what made this stay truly unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Our wonderful hosts and the entire team welcomed us with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. They were always one step ahead, anticipating our every need and making us feel so special, as if we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel. ❤️ Santorini is beautiful beyond words, but it is the people who make a place unforgettable, and this is what made our stay so special. We left with beautiful memories, full hearts, and a little piece of Santorini that will stay with us forever. We absolutely loved every moment and would return in a heartbeat — 100%!
