Exceptional
Great location
Liked: Our 1st room was amazing. Astrophelia. Very roomy and beautiful. Just as seen on website. About 70 steps down. Loved the location and view. Picked our breakfast and delivered on tray. Ivet was great with transportation and luggage help. Had to move to another room due to ferry cancelation. This room was at the bottom of their property. Slept 4 but nowhere to sit other then on beds. Very small. Don't recommend that room other than for sleep. Very walkable and in center of all activities. Great customer service.
Disliked: No water refill on days after check in. Breakfast presentation nicer at neighbors porches. Very small hot tubs.

Liked: Location and very helpful staff plus full breakfast in bed overlooking the caldera! Wow!
Disliked: Too many stairs to climb down. But that is no issue because the Manager Evet arranged for bags to be brought down. Also, this is the charm of Santorini.

Liked: An Exceptional Experience I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I absolutely loved the entire experience, from the moment I made my booking and throughout my stay and beyond. The communication with the host was impeccable. She truly does an amazing job and went above and beyond to make my stay special. As a solo traveller who was not prepared, she even organised a private tour of the island for me at the very last minute. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She was incredibly kind, patient and attentive to all of my needs, and I genuinely felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
