Liked: Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this villa, largely thanks to our host. She personally met us to show us around the villa, stayed in constant contact throughout our trip, and was incredibly accommodating whenever we needed anything. Her warmth and responsiveness genuinely made the trip. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner was a different story. She became upset that we hadn't used her personal contact for our ferry-to-villa transfer, to the point that she actually reached out to our transfer directly and asked him to cancel it. This felt like an overstep and put our travel plans at unnecessary risk. We also lost hot water for a full day during our stay. When we raised it, the owner's responses came through the booking platform in carefully worded messages that felt more focused on covering herself than actually addressing the problem. No apology or refund was ever offered for the inconvenience. Thankfully, our host made up for this tenfold — she was empathetic, proactive, and did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable despite the owner's lack of accountability. If it weren't for her, this review would look very different. Bottom line: Great villa, exceptional host, but the owner's handling of issues left a lot to be desired. Ask for the host directly if you book here.

Liked: The Villa is very closed to everything, perfect view and Ms Reta is very helfpul, nice and easily to contact us even there some small problem but we understand. I highly recomend and basicaly coming again😊
Unforgettable Views
Liked: The hostess arranged the pickup from the Ferry doc and personally met us to walk us to the villa. Be warned there is no drive up access the property. From the street the property is up a hill and down steps - we travel light but the hostess did offer a porter service for our luggage at a $10 a bag fee. The property itself was lovely and I enjoyed having tea on the roof watching the sun rise and wine on the roof enjoying the spectacular sunset. The indoor hot tub is hot but the roof top is not heated but actually a nice place to cool down when afternoons are hot.

Liked: Everything was exceptional. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing and memorable. Every detail exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.
