Exceptional
Excellent stay and would return. We had a blast
Liked: Everything! Margarita & Marios were exceptional! Our suite was lovely and all very clean! Perfect location for walking to port, local bus station, downtown etc. Breakfast was everything you needed. If we are back in Santorini we would definitely book here again

The hoteI was close to Fira town centre and it was OK for a short stay
Liked: I liked how clean the hotel was. My room was a nice size and clean albeit very dark and shaded. The hot tub and outside space was very lovely. The main pool looked fantastic and the area around the pool was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing as it was very basic. Would have been nice to have a wider selection and may be some scrambled or fried eggs or omlettes. We had breakfast outside of the hotel on the second day, which was much nicer. The pool was freezing so I was unable to utilise it. The pool area was lovely but no staff or any activities around it to make it more welcoming. The hotel was very quiet may be because it was nearing the end of the holiday season. My room was very dark and the outside by the loungers did not get any sunshine. The tea making facilities had no spoons and the chiller fridge did not stay on once you exited the room so drinks were warm. By the sink there was no where to hang your hand towel. The TV in the room was very small with only local channels. The door to outside was very difficult to open. There was a door outside above the loungers where people walked through so we did not get the privacy of the outside space so we only used the hot tub once.
The ideal base from which to explore Santorini
Liked: This is premium location in beautiful Fira. Its so homely because of Mareta, Marios and the rest of the staff. Excellent customer service and the Retreat vibe really enhanced our stay in Santorini. Excellent Excellent value for money

Disliked: Mould on ceiling. Not great cleanliness or breakfast
Liked: Our room was spacious, location was walking distance to tourist attractions, staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast had a great selection.
