Exceptional
Liked: Had a lovely stay at Cliffside Suites. Their staff is extremely helpful; they offer a great breakfast, and the view of the Caldera is amazing. Some stair climbing but not too bad considering it is actually on the side of a cliff.

Liked: Simply perfect! It was beyond our expectations. We were there four days. The staff were so helpful, especially carrying our bags to and from our transport, suggestions for tours and organising transfers. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast by the pool each morning was delightful and delicious, and of course the view was breathtaking. Mid October seemed to be the perfect time to stay, as it wasn't too crowded and the weather was still warm enough for swimming in the pools. This hotel was a pleasant walk to the centre of Fira without being in all its busyness and always close to restaurants. It was also an easy walk from the closest bus and car access point. I would definitely recommend staying at Cliff Side Suites. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Wonderful view, great location & staff
Liked: That view, wow! All the staff were wonderful, especially the man who helps with your bag, what a god send!
Disliked: Unfortunately the hot water regularly ran out. There were also limited gluten free options at breakfast and very few spaces undercover to eat in windy, wet weather, although we appreciated the small space the property has for dining.
