Worth a place to stay in Fira city centre
Liked: Excellent place.Right in the city centre. Very clean Mini mart is just across the road. 5 min walk to main bus station. Worth staying

Liked: Location is great, there are restaurants, supermarkets, activities’ ticket agencies and transportation rental services nearby. The most advantage of the property is that it is just few minutes away from the main Fira bus station and also the cable car down to the old port.
Disliked: The place is lil bit congested, especially the bathroom but just for sleeping is perfectly fine.

Disliked: We had a very disappointing stay overall. First, the bathroom door was partially broken—it could only be closed by pushing it very hard, almost by force. We were concerned it might get stuck and not open again, so we ended up not closing it at all during our stay. Second, the bathroom light was not working—and it was the only light in the bathroom. We had to bring a bedside lamp inside to use it. It’s hard to imagine having to use the bathroom in complete darkness if there hadn’t been a lamp available. This felt like a serious oversight. Third, there were no cleaning tools such as a sponge or scrubber, which made it difficult to clean items before use. The dish soap provided also didn’t seem effective—it felt more like hand soap than dish soap and left a slippery residue, making it difficult to feel that the dishes were properly cleaned. Fourth, the cookware and utensils did not appear to be very clean, which gave us the impression that cleanliness was not thoroughly checked during housekeeping. Fifth, the water pressure was very low, making showers take much longer than usual. In addition, the shower curtain did not fully cover the lower area, which caused water to splash onto other parts of the bathroom floor. Sixth, the kettle was partially broken—it only continued heating if the button was held down, which was quite inconvenient. Seventh, although a coffee machine was provided, there were no coffee capsules or related supplies. It doesn’t seem appropriate to advertise a coffee machine without providing anything to use with it. Eighth, the outdoor table and chairs were very dirty and not suitable for use. There were also several smaller details that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations and does not reflect its 8.2 rating. Given the price, the quality of the accommodation was not acceptable. If you are considering booking and are reading this review, I hope this helps set realistic expectations in advance.
