Exceptional
We had a fabulous time. A completely relaxing holiday in a wonderful villa
Liked: The villa was clean, cleaned every day. The location was great-a five minute walk to all the shops 7 to the beach yet in a quiet area of Perissa. We were met by a very welcoming host who was knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: This place has made our 4 day stay in Santorini even more memorable. Argy, the host goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable and is always available to cater to any request over phone or physically. The villa itself is awesome with the best part being the front yard with the heated pool. The temperature of the pool was set to 33 degrees, which is just perfect to jump into any time of the day. The kitchen was fully equipped. Special mention to the house keeping staff, she made sure the villa feels as good as the first day every day. Perissa beach is beautiful with lots of beach bars and cafe and is just 5 mins walk away. The super market was 150 meters away and had most of the essentials. We rented a car and so didn’t use the public transport, but saw the bus stop being very close. The drive to Oia takes about 40 mins and the drive was so nice that we ended up driving to Oia almost every day and spend couple of hours there before calling it a day by grabbing few drinks in the perissa beach and finally wrapping the day by jumping in the pool with our child.

Exactly as shown in the pictures & perfect host
Liked: Exceptional host, Argy was very attentive and kind. Met us on arrival and always available to answer any questions we had and offered to help with any restaurant recommendations, excursions, bus routes - anything we needed. The breakfast delivered every day was excellent and the fridge was stocked with a wide range of drinks when we arrived. The cleaning was done every day to a high standard. Argy arranged a taxi to and from the airport for us, very friendly driver and all on time. Really lovely holiday in a friendly seaside town, shop 2 minutes walk, friendly bars 2 min walk but not heard from our villa, local taverners within 5 minute walk, amazing bakery (definitely recommend) and lovely beach front with restaurants just 10 minute slow, flat walk away. Highly recommend. We'd like to return.
Disliked: It wasn't a problem for us but the villas are on a back road so it's not very 'developed'. There's an unfinished building next to the villas and cars stored in the land that serves as the entrance/car park. It didn't cause us an issue at all, but it's not picture-perfect if that bothers you. Our courtyard didn't get any sun after mid-morning but it was late October & the sun was low. I missed being able to sit in the sun.
Had the most amazing time in the most amazing villa
Liked: The villa was fabulous, it was spacious, and very clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the breakfast delivery every morning which was amazing and plentiful, and the lovely plunge pool with jets. The host and staff were exceptional, always available and very helpful. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to supermarket, bars, restaurants, bus stop and a 10 min stroll to the beach

Liked: We absolutely loved Filoxenia!! We stayed here for 4 nights in Perissa and we couldn’t rate the property or Argyris anymore highly. The villa is amazing, very private, well kept and serviced extremely well. The interior is extremely modern and the facilities are unbelievable!! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a late flight home (10pm) and Argyris let us stay until 2pm before the next guests were arriving at 5pm which was extremely kind and accommodating. The villa is super clean and the pool is heated to 30 degrees which is so lovely. The location is amazing and is only a short walk to the main strip with all the bars and restaurants & beach. There is also a great street with amazing bars and restaurants just outside the villa.
Disliked: Nothing everything was amazing and we already can’t wait to return!!
