Perfect location, excellent customer service
Liked: The views were amazing both sides of the hotel. It was lovely and quiet, with a good location to get to anywhere on the island. There is a bus stop nearby, or if you wanted, you can rent a car/quad bike and leave it at the hotel. The manager/owner Zack made our stay 10/10, he was excellent and extremely hospitable. Any time of the day he would reply on WhatsApp with anything we needed/asked. He is very friendly and hardworking. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We have checked out after one night, because we thought the vibe of the pool area was veryvery sad

Disliked: 1) The location is direct on a busy road, that you dont see on the pictures. 2) The maintenance of gardens and pool area is very bad. The site looks very sad. An 'all plants are dead-vibe'. 3) This is not a hotel. This is 7 rooms and a pool with no service. This is NOT family Run, There is NO buffet breakfast. The management is unreachable by phone and email. The pool furniture that is shown on photos is NOT there.
Liked: Zach was a great host and made the stay even better. He hand delivered breakfast every morning. Great location and room.
Liked: Clean and comfortable. Quiet out of town location with easy public bus transportation close by which suited us. Lovely patio area overlooking the water to the east. Good breakfast supplied.
Disliked: No crockery cups for tea supplied. Had to use paper cups.
Nice
Liked: The accomodation was lovely, great bed, lots of room, great bathroom. The breakfast was so nice especially with the view in the morning.
Disliked: You will definitely need a mode of transportation to stay here either a car or ATV. The pool was ok but the chairs needs upgrading they were old and broken not like the pictures shown. New armchairs would go a LONG way to making this place great.
