Exceptional
I made it wonderful for myself
Liked: Location good, host at the restaurant was good Nesti was very friendly n kind to us
Disliked: Website said robs would be provided, we never got that We only got the slippers, I previously ask for a birthday decoration because I celebrated my 50th, email said they would look into this, however no one even acknowledged my birthday
Liked: The room is modern, renovated and very well located, especially being close to the bus station. The location is definitely one of the main advantages.
Disliked: The room is very small, with barely enough space to move around and not enough space to properly open our suitcases. It is really only suitable for sleeping. The shower also needs improvement, as the water spreads across most of the bathroom floor and there is no proper place to put shampoo or shower products. The minibar motor is very noisy at night, so we had to unplug it to sleep. Finally, all four pillows were very high and firm; having a combination of high/firm and lower/softer pillows would be much more comfortable.
Santorini
Liked: We had a wonderful stay here! The room was very comfortable, providing a perfect space to relax after a long day. The property is in a good location, making it easy to get around and explore. A major highlight was definitely the food—the continental breakfast served at Fusionelle (across the road) was amazing, offering a fantastic selection that exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable and a convenient stay!
Disliked: There were a couple of downsides. First, there was no Wi-Fi included; given the cost of the room, Wi-Fi absolutely should be part of the stay. We had our own WiFi however it would not work given all the concrete. Second, the plumbing backed up every time we had a shower, meaning we were left standing in a pool of water while attempting to dry ourselves.

Good for a one day stay
Liked: Extremely close to the center and bus station. The staff was very nice and the communication was good. It worked fine for me for a one night sleep because of a connection in santorini.
Disliked: The location of the room they gave us is not the same as the one on booking. They argued we chose a “central room” but when i looked at my reservation there was nothing about a “central room”. Noisy and there are no curtains at 2 top windows.
Liked: Nice room, good location, good communication before arrival. No complaints.
