Very good
Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently close to Fira. However, the room had a strange smell, and the bathroom was very small with an awkward design — the open shower caused water to spill everywhere. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing, and we had to check out two days early. It was also unfair that the property manager refused to offer even a partial refund.
Liked: Ottimo servizio,colazione fresca,pulizie giornaliere e personale super gentile e disponibile ☺️
Atendimento excelente
Liked: Really nice hotel with nice staff
