Exceptional
Liked: Amazing location and views! Delicious breakfast! Great customer service. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
Liked: Na
Liked: Great hotel. Awesome view of caldera from our room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Jinior suite was nice large room.
Liked: The view from our room is priceless. The location of Kastro Suites is ideal. Eventhough it is located steps away from the cable car entrance where the cruise people congregate everyday, our suite was far enough that it did not bother us. The breakfast was delicious and enough to fuel us until lunch time. We mostly appreciated Mario's superb service - he was very helpful from meeting us at the main street to helping us with our luggages at 3am!
Liked: Staff at kastro excellent. Nice roomy family suite - the bathroom is dated. Convenient location and the rooms insulated from any street noises. The biggest drawback are the crowds/lines for the cable car making it a challenge to get to the hotel depending on your timing.
Liked: Very professional and helpful staff especially Sophia and Marcos.
