Exceptional
Spectacular!
Liked: We had a wonderful three-night stay at Kivotos Santorini, and it was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful, and it made the whole stay feel special. Our cave room was amazing, with breathtaking views over the caldera. One of our favorite things was soaking in our warm private pool while taking in the scenery. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was another highlight. Everything was delicious, and eating with that view made every morning feel a little extra special. The beautiful room, stunning location, wonderful staff, and attentive service made our three nights unforgettable. We'd happily recommend Kivotos to anyone looking for a relaxing, special stay in Santorini, and we would love to return!

Liked: Every bit of our experience with this hotel was exceptional. The property itself is unique and stunning, the staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, and the food was delicious. Whether we needed help with booking transfers or excursions, the staff had it handled as quickly as possible, and with such a friendly attitude. The location was tucked in a quiet part of town while also being steps away from the shops, restaurants, and hiking path. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and wish we could come back already!
Disliked: There’s nothing about our stay that didn’t exceed my expectations.

Disliked: We too soo long to check in more than half an hour. Only one staff was available. This not acceptable

Liked: All staff at the hotel were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, kind & always happy to help. We felt so welcome and comfortable during our stay. The location and services were brilliant. If you’re looking for a perfect location & top service, then you can’t go wrong with Kivotos. Of course the property & location are beautiful, but it’s the people who work within the hotel who really make it stand out. Thank you to all who made our stay so perfect.
Great experience!
Liked: All the staff working there were super helpful. They paid attention to the smallest details and gave us good recommendations and tips. The sunset view was amazing! The room was big and had great amenities. A plus thing to be noted is that the toilet had a water spray!
Disliked: The windows were small and not enough light can enter through the windows but I guess that is the concept of the hotel- cave like experience. The common swimming pool is quite small.
