Fabulous
Nice place
Liked: Nice place, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Well cleaned every day. Only about 10 minutes walk to Perissa beach down a slight incline. View from top floor rooms nice. Very quiet location away from Perissa crowds in August. Pool was a plus as my wife enjoyed it every day - we were there for a week. About 10 minutes walk to town. Appreciated kitchen in room for daily cooking. Bathroom very large with large shower space. They helped with booking moto rental.
Disliked: The air conditioner compressor of the neighbor's top floor room was located on my balcony. So I had to endure the blowing hot air and noise of the neighbor's air conditioner while sitting on my balcony. You must stand to enjoy the sea view due to wall around balcony. My wife would have preferred a bit closer to beach, but it was fine for me. The room is a bit of the Santorini cave style so you have to duck your head a bit when walking from kitchen area to bedroom. Otherwise positive experience.
The villa itself is great, but... Lucia, give the receptionist a proper room! He deserves it, please
Liked: rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels provided daily, shampoo and shower gel replenished daily, the pool kept clean.
Disliked: When last night, by chance, I was returning late at night and caught my foot on a table, making a noise, I realised that the young lad who works at reception (and also cleans and cooks meals) was sleeping on the floor in the reception area, having merely drawn the blinds on the reception window – despite there being vacant guest rooms during the off-season in May! He came out to check where the noise was coming from at 3 am and I saw where he was sleeping. This is scandalous in the 21st century...
Overall we throughouly enjoyed our stay as it was central but quiet! Everyone was friendly, and took excellent care of u
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. They cleaned the room everyday so it was nice to come to fresh towels and a clean space at the end of the day!
Disliked: The towels should probably be updated. They feel old.

Very nice place with great views
Liked: The hotel had great views. The pool area was great. The beach is only a 5 minute walk where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The grocery store was 10 minute walk. Overall, the stay was affordable and completely adequate. It met my expectations. The staff was friendly and I would stay again. Helpful tip: Do not make the bus drivers angry. Do whatever they say.
Disliked: I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and my room was cleaned anyway. I was only there for 3 days and it was a complete waste to clean, replace trash bags and change out towels. I am a minimalist. And this bothered me a great deal. Also there was a cat who kept getting into my room. I had to be diligent when the door was open.
