Exceptional
Liked: Clean calm and staffs were very kind. Also easy access to restaurants supermarket and bus center.
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located close to Fira center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout my stay. My room also had a nice sea and sunrise view.
Disliked: The hotel is still under construction in some areas, especially at the back of the property. My room was located on this side, so apart from the sea and sunrise view, the immediate surroundings were not very attractive due to the ongoing construction. Some facilities, including the pool area, were also not yet completed or available during my stay.
The room was nice, but the view was disappointing. Breakfast was ok, but not enough choice
Liked: Very, very close to Fira. Easy to walk and enjoy the views from the restaurants.
Disliked: View from the room was not great, especially with the old derelict building in the way. The hotel is on the main street with loads of traffic, and very little parking space when you rent a vehicle. Reception is only available from 07:00-12:00 daily. Breakfast was very disappointing. It was the same every day (bacon, eggs, toast, 2 choices of cereal, some nuts, and fruit). Unfortunately, from our room, the sunset was not over the Caldera, but behind a hill with a hotel on top.
Liked: Excellent location, the staff is very nice.
Disliked: Bathroom shower area too small.
