  Liked: We had a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived in the hotel! Front desk is very rude and lacks empathy and they are very dismissal oriented. We could not check in our room until 6pm, we paid for the angel suites which is a room that has no privacy. This room is located right next to the hotels pool! Everyone will be able to see you at your room deck and pool. The views from the room are very beautiful but it does not make it worth what the rook lacks. The reservation department did try The breakfast is not good. The spa service is good and the luggage helpers are amazing!

  Liked: The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.
