Exceptional
Our stay transcended all our expectations; the service was second to none
Liked: It is very difficult to put into words the experience my wife Shirley and I recently had in the Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort, Santorini. We booked 4 nights to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels before but this hotel excelled due to the combination of luxury, a stunning location, exceptional food, and the highest quality of service we have ever experienced. It’s the little details. Like the welcome we received the moment we arrived, our room upgrade and surprise cake and bubbly, our incredible suite and plunge pool, the or the perfect beach and high quality restaurants and bars (just a stones throw away). We left the hotel with a sense of truly being truly looked after. It’s the simple things like a text to ask if we wanted the room to be serviced when we had made a mistake and left the wrong light on all day, or the incredibly efficient transfer service we could book on What’s App, or the charming and attentive restaurant and recitation staff who anticipate your every need. When internationally standards of service appear to be dropping; this hotel is a gem that completely contradicts this trend. We will cherish our time there for many years to come and hope to be back again soon.

Exceptional service and hotel
Liked: Everything was superb! The dinner menu was splendid and everything so delicious! Breakfast buffet had everything (and more). The beds at the pool very comfortable, music was really good to chill to as well. Exceptional cleaning of the rooms every day & overall service from reception to people behind the bar to drivers. Special shout out to Nikolas and Krissa (hope I wrote it correctly) who made our stay even better with their friendliness & service. Location is great - very close to a bunch of restaurants, bars, shops & the beach of course! Hotel provides a perfect mix of luxury & chilling at the pool with easy access to really explore the island and enjoy the beach
Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff
Liked: On the whole the design of the hotel is very well considered for a luxury stay Breakfast choices where fantastic Staff were super friendly.
Disliked: The lighting in the rooms is too subtle and the drawers weren’t wide enough. Shower design wasn’t practical The evening dinner menu didn’t have sufficient choice for fussy eaters or those with dietary intolerances
Our wedding week! We stayed here for our wedding in Santorini followed by 20 other guests. We absolutely love this hotel
Liked: We have previously stayed here last year, enjoyed it so much we rebooked to come again this year. Everything was absolutely spot-on. The service was unreal. The food was delicious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating

Stunning hotel in kamari
Liked: Stunning hotel, beautifully clean and the pool area is incredible. Great amenities in the room all free to use.
Disliked: We did have one of the cheapest rooms but the shower, toilet and sink felt like they were inside the room. I like to have a separate bathroom.
From arrival to departure, our stay was faultless. Would highly recommend the Raddisson, Kamari as a resort and Santorin
