  Liked: Located on the perfect spot to see the caldera. Spacious hotel with beautiful facilities to enjoy. Staff team was very welcoming and helpful. Perfect for a peaceful stay.

  Disliked: Limited breakfast options for protein lovers. Far from other restaurants and attractions. Would not be a problem if you drive or intend to take taxi everywhere.

  Liked: The property is away from the crowds. The view is unbeatable. The staff are excellent. Breakfast options are very good. Comfy bed. Convenient parking.

  Disliked: The first room we had (cave room) felt clammy and didn’t have hot water most mornings. The second room was newer and better laid out for our needs. It was unfortunate that the weather was too cool to take advantage of the pools and plunge pool as they were unheated. But we enjoyed the pool decks

  Excellent! Strong recommendation

  Liked: Beautiful caldera location, easily accessible by car/transport, very well maintained, picturesque!

  Disliked: One suggested improvement would be lighting the steps in and around the property better as a safety improvement. At night they can be difficult to navigate.

  Liked: Great location, amazing views, the room was quite big, bigger than expected. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay, a special thanks to Julia - the amazing girl who welcomed us at the reception.

  Disliked: Just one little thing - the plunge pool was a bit dirty, there was some sand in it.

  I loved the stay greatly. Julia at reception was very helpful

  Liked: Julia at reception was awesome - she booked great places at the restaurants, helped us with car rentals and did her best to make our stay perfect. Strongly recommend!

  Disliked: One day the big pool in front of our room was booked for a private event - wedding. It spoiled the stay a bit, but in general I can't say anything bad about the hotel.

Light lunch: The Grab and Go service is available from 11:00 PM to 15:00 PM (menu available for pre orders)

Restaurant: Taking a seasonal break from October 15th to May 15th.

GYM: Open from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM for your daily workout.

Spa Treatments: Available by appointment (please contact front office department for availability and bookings).

Our stunning swimming pools operate seasonally and will be closed from October 15th to May 15th.

**Winter Enhancements: During the winter season, we are working on exciting renovations to elevate your future experience with us.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
