Exceptional
Beautiful place perfect for long stays
Liked: Apartment was spacious and beautiful. Shower was big. Indoor hot tub with the stars was really cool. The hotel bar and pool area was also really nice although very expensive. Staff was very friendly.
Great, could be better with conflict management
Liked: I loved that there were two separate areas with the pools in case someone wanted somewhere calmer. The rooms were great, the staff friendly.
Disliked: some people outside the hotel came to the restaurant and to the pool. They made a lot of noise and asked the staff to change the playlist. Some people from the hotel complained and the staff only served the ones from the restaurant. The guests and people got into a verbal fight and the staff did nothing.
A perfect hotel and I would return again
Liked: A beautiful property with a view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff is very helpful.
Beautiful Room, excellent location
Liked: We stayed two nights at the end instead of one and the second room. We just loved it very much. Everything was very clean and nice.
Disliked: We didn’t like they lied and we reserved a taxi to pick us up from the airport. We waited half an hour, and it never arrived and then they said a lie that they were waiting for us in another gate but after when we stayed the second night we forgot about all this. Because we were so happy
Loved Santorini and the accommodation overall but disappointed we had to fight for the room we paid for. Beers WAY too e
Liked: It was clean and the staff ( esp Anna) were fantastic
Disliked: The room we got was not what we paid for. We were told the rooms were randomly assigned and we ended up in a much smaller one. We insisted on a move to a bigger one which we got but no seaview which we paid for. Also small beers were €8 each and as a result no one went to the bar at night time.

Kindly note that transfer from the port and airport is provided daily 24 hours per day upon request, reservation and with additional charges. It takes 20 minutes to get to San Marino Suites, but it might take longer during peak hours.
Please note that Greek homemade breakfast is available upon request. The breakfast is not included to the reservation anymore please, but we have brunch menu, al a card at our Katsaboo restaurant!Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
