Exceptional
Beautiful hotel with amazing staff
Liked: Excellent selection of food. Variety of cookies, condiments, juices, and sweets. Plenty of choices for vegetarians as well. Mike and Julia in the restaurant were amazing. Always made us cold coffee for breakfast. Biona at reception was always accomodating from late checkout to going extra mile for anything. Lena the housekeeper was extra talented with the artistic skill with the towels. The manager was very helpful and accomodating. We booked for three nights initially but ended extending it for two more night as the staff was very good and the facilities were exceptional. Plenty of parking and shops nearby.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Perfect
Liked: Intimate very nice and cosy, staff is excellent- so sweet and welcoming. Absolutely loved it. Beach is really close to the hotel as well as activities like atv tours and scuba diving
Disliked: Not in the most touristy location but really not that much of a problem because it’s close to the beach and other activities
Fantastic break
Liked: Facilities and staff were incredible, location very close to restaurants and 5 minute walk to beach. Pool bar and restaurant great as much more upmarket than other bars in the area.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but could have been slightly better - coffee from the machine was undrinkable, no freshly squeezed orange juice, somewhat limited hot food & protein options (no salmon, eggs to be ordered etc). Small things but just not quite as good as other breakfast’s at 5* hotels.

Liked: Everything about this hotel was fantastic, very well designed, modern, with a beautiful pool and nice pool beds, very comfy. But what makes our stay fantastic as well, was for sure all the staff. They were so nice, with a big smile on the face. They know how to take care of customers and it feels good! A big thank you to Biona, Mike, Chris and the manager. We will recommend your hotel without hesitation.
