Exceptional
Very good quality hotel, very close to everything. Excellent choice
Liked: We loved this hotel, very well located in Kamari. We had a nice clean room, with its own small pool outside (shared with next door) and a nice view of the hill climb to Ancient Thira. Decent bathroom and power shower with lots of hot water. The room had the usual coffee/tea making facilities and a mini fridge stocked with (pay for) drinks. The staff I found to be very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice (continental/cooked) with a coffee/tea machine that made great cappuccino. The rear exit of the hotel is right opposite the bus stop where you either can catch the bus to Fira, or take the short cut through to the beach and restaurants. The hotal has a number of other pools, one with a pool bar and a spa. The WiFi works great in the rooms.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Just wish I could have stayed longer but we only had a 3 day stay before we were off to IOS.
Well presented and clean, location is very central to everything
Liked: The location was excellent, and the presentation of the hotel was clean in all areas including the Spa. Staff were helpful and attentive at breakfast. The house keeper throughout our stay was excellent. When we did have an issue following a storm and flooding to the balcony reception and maintenance responded very quickly to resolve.
Disliked: Smoking within the hotel meant we couldn’t leave the doors open onto the balcony in our later days of the Holliday, as the guests in the adjoining room were heavy smokers and we found even in doors we were sat in the secondary smoke. It’s a shame the hotel didn’t have an allocated area for this.

Liked: It is very convenient location and pleasant with step free access to most areas
Disliked: The beds were a little hard and I would have liked a mattress topper
